The score by Ram Sampath adds spice to this absurd comedy of mistakes, harmonising with every scene like an earworm you can't get out of your head. We see in the trailer that top chartered accountant Tribhuvan Mishra (Manav Kaul) turned to sex work as a means to escape a banking problem. The series then explores if his problems are worsened or made worse by this dual existence.

Puneet Krishna, creator, showrunner, and co-director, said in a statement that Tribhuvan Mishra: CA Topper was an exciting roller coaster trip through an uncertain world with delicately balancing timing and relatability, which is the craft of comedy. The adventures of Tribhuvan Mishra are more than just a character; they are a window into life's quirks. Everyone who put their hearts into making this production a reality deserves credit. They tackled the task of incorporating humour into a story that delves into unorthodox subjects that can be unique in the Indian setting. 

Producer and composer Ram Sampath said that writing the series' score was like writing a symphony for a circus. Every note had to convey the whimsical, tense, and completely insane nature of Tribhuvan's adventure. This is something he has been dying to tell the audience.
