After much anticipation, Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor starrer Mr. and Mrs. Mahi finally hit the theatres today, on 31st May 2024. The film, which is a sports drama has been helmed by Sharan Sharma. For the uninitiated, the film is a romantic drama that is centered around a couple who both have a deep love for Cricket. The narrative of the film revolves around the lives of Mahima (Janhvi) and Mahendra (Rajkummar), who are both passionate about cricket. The film takes us on a heartwarming journey which shows Mahendra fulfilling the dream of his wife to become a cricketer after he fails to complete his dream of becoming one. The musical sports drama delves into love and aspirations in the backdrop of cricket.
