Biopic films are well received in Tollywood. There have been biopics on many political leaders and film actors. However, director Virinchi Varma has directed the life story of a self-employed person as a biopic called 'Jithender  Reddy'. Let's find out how much this biopic movie, which has created interest with the teaser and trailers, has impressed the audience.

Story: Jithender Reddy's family as RSS Swayamsevaks in the Jagityas of the joint Karimnagar stands for the country and dharma from the front. The story takes place during the 1980s. Jithender Reddy (Rakesh Varre) also has RSS ideologies since childhood. This influence will increase during his college years. He strives to do justice to the people for the sake of dharma. However, Jithender  Reddy tries to confront the Naxals who are oppressing the poor. In this order, he wants to enter direct politics. Will Jithender  Reddy enter politics? What kind of political opponents does he have? What did Naxals do in Jithender Reddy case? That's the story of the rest of the movie.

Visheshna: Director Virinchi Verma's take on the story is strong, but the way he executes it is flawed. A lot of precautions should have been taken in the screenplay. The way of narrating the story should also be better. Although the story is strong in the 'Jithender Reddy' biopic movie, the movie feels off track due to lack of gripping screenplay. Some of the scenes seem stretched, the music does not have much effect, so the film with good content remains a routine biopic. A powerful biopic like 'Jithender Reddy' has a desirable story but the way it is presented is a minus. Although there is a good scope for emotion in this film, it could not be used fully. As the film unit tried to get only a settled performance from the hero, they could not fully utilize the actor in him. And the director is a bit hesitant in the way of narrating the story. Lag scenes and unnecessary scenes in the first half of the movie will not impress the audience. And in terms of music, the songs did not have much impact. Only the BGM is impressive. Gopi Sundar Mark songs are nowhere to be found. Most of the scenes in the movie look like a dubbing work week. It must be said that 'Jithender Reddy' biopic is a pure attempt. The actual events were shown blindfolded. In this movie, Rakesh Varre gave a good performance in the role of Jithender Reddy as a person who fights for dharma and nationalism to face the Naxals who are oppressing the Badugu and weaker sections. There is good strength in the story. But, if this story had been executed more powerfully, the result would have been different. The story is moved forward so that the situations faced by the hero inspire the best in him. The way the role of the hero as a college boy, a nationalistic person is handled is good. The hero's efforts for political entry.. The humility he gives to the people is well shown. Comrades are always shown as heroes in movies. But, in this, the dark side of them was revealed. You have to really have guts to show something like this. The film unit should be commended for this. The hero's fight against Naxals is well presented. Although the story of the film is good in the second half, the director has misfired in presenting it. Even if you see a love track for Hero, it's not a big workout. Due to this, the heroine's character will not get any justice. The roles of the hero's friends should have been given more importance. Although the Naxals backdrop is good, care should be taken with the actors. Apart from Kavalam Chhatrapati Shekhar, there is no other recognizable character among the Naxals. And even though there is a powerful action sequence in the climax, the point of what the main character has done which drives the story seems very silly.

Technical Department: Cinematography work is good. The conditions of the 1980s were shown blindly. Gopisunder's music is not very pleasing. Even if the songs don't impress, the BGM is good. More focus should be put on editing work. The production values are up to the level of the movie.
