Hansal Mehta reviews Angry Young Men
On August 26, Hansal Mehta took to his X (Twitter) account and shared his thoughts on Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar’s documentary series. He wrote, “I enjoyed Angry Young Men for what it is. Nostalgic and intimate almost like an expensive family video for public consumption.”
He further mentioned that the show did not offer anything new than what we already know but appreciated the reflections from the two legends. “Didn’t offer much beyond what we know but to hear the two thespians introspecting on their work and lives is a treasure. Really good collection of clips and a well edited show,” he wrote.
He also added, “Honestly, I don’t get people who criticise work for what they want it to be than for what it is…”
