Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, a popular reality show on Netflix, has returned for an exciting third season, titled Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives. It started streaming today, October 18. This time, the gorgeous Delhi ladies, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Shalini Passi, and Kalyani Chawla joined Mumbai beauties Neelam Kothari Soni, Bhavna Pandey, Seema Kiran Sajdeh, and Maheep Kapoor. The show covers their lives as Bollywood wives, dealing with friendships and most importantly Delhi vs Mumbai at the core. 

Call it the cringest show ever, but the third season, Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives makes me emotional at some point especially when Maheep Kapoor and Seema Kiran Sajdeh struggle to discuss the issues that they are facing in their friendship. It feels so raw, relatable, and authentic to me because when we think our closest friendship won't hurt us, it does hurt at the exact moment because 'life happens.' 

Anyway, let's start with the story. I would say, the third season has the most glam because of the inclusion of three Delhi ladies, Riddima (Ranbir Kapoor's sister), Shalini, and Kalyani. The show starts with Ranbir Kapoor sending his best wishes to his sister for her debut while also pulling her leg just like a proper annoying sibling. 

The three Delhi ladies meet the four Mumbai beauties at the ball, hosted by Shalini at her house. The event shows the gorgeous ladies flaunting their dresses and also having a slight jealousy between Delhi and Mumbai culture. While Delhi people say, their culture, fashion, and food are the best while Mumbai people disagree. The cringe binge is super on in the 'non-scripted' reality Netflix series.

The four Mumbai ladies belonging to the inner circle of Bollywood: Maheep Kapoor (wife of Sanjay Kapoor), Seema Kiran Sajdeh (ex-wife of Sohail Khan), Bhavana Panday (wife of Chunky Panday), and Neelam Kothari Soni (wife of Samir Soni) had a battle with the Delhi ladies. They go to celebrate Karwa Chauth at Riddhima's house and have conversations about their husbands, divorces, and whatnot. 

During the Karwa Chauth event, Maheep notices an Instagram post subtly letting Bollywood wives down and it is liked by Shalini and Kalyani. This makes them go more against the Delhi girls. They confront each other with none other than Karan Johar and have an honest discussion. 

After this, Riddhima suggests a trip to Mauritius. In the meantime, we see the friendship issues between Maheep and Seema, the best of friends, brewing in. During the trip, they make time for each other and sit and discuss the issue which feels like this can happen to any good friendship. 

Both sides of Mumbai and Delhi bond over hiking, roasting each other for their social status and superiority, as producers try to bring some added tinsel-town spice to the clash. Last but not least, Ektaa Kapoor also makes her appearance in the show apart from Gauri Khan. Moreover, Orry's appearance makes the show more dramatic. You need to watch the series to know it!

Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives brings nothing new even after including the new faces and new theme of Delhi vs Mumbai. It's the same old drama, swags, and laughs. However, some scenes indeed make you emotional as they talk about some real and relatable issues of life and also add more glam to it.
