Malaika commenced her routine with a variation of Adho Mukha Svanasana, incorporating a knee bend. She then positioned one leg forward, adjacent to her palm, while extending her back upward. "Adhere to this routine to witness remarkable outcomes: sculpted abs, diminished love handles, and toned arms and legs," Malaika remarked in the video.
In the subsequent segment of the video, Malaika demonstrates a variation of mountain climbing. She is positioned in Adho Mukha Svanasana, with her knees bent outward and her arms extended forward. Following this, she transitions into a series of stretched push-ups, subsequently bending one knee to the side to simulate mountain climbing.
In the final segment of the video, Malaika returns to the Adho Mukha Svanasana position, maintaining her knees bent outward while leaning her upper body back. She advises that this routine should be completed in three sets, with three repetitions each, and recommends a 30-second rest period after each set.
