Add enough protein and fibers in the diet:

3 liters of water everyday:

Staying hydrated is vital throughout the day. Consuming 3 liters of water can enhance the body's metabolism and ensure proper hydration.

Weight training:

Tanusree advised that beginners can effectively perform weight training at home using basic items such as a bag filled with books, water bottles, or sacks of rice or wheat, especially when dumbbells are not available.

Have dinner as early as possible:

She recommended finishing dinner as early as possible, ideally by 7 PM, and advised against eating anything until the following morning.
