100 Surya Namaskars, no maida and carbs

Satyajit Chaurasiya shared with the publication that Rani Mukerji reached out to him a few weeks before the start of filming Aiyya, expressing her desire to achieve a curvaceous appearance. As she intended to showcase her midriff and back in certain scenes, as well as perform intricate dance movements, it was essential for her to appear toned. Consequently, she adopted a rigorous training regimen in preparation for the film.

According to her trainer, Rani's fitness routine comprised yoga on alternate days along with circuit training. "She practised 50 to 100 Surya Namaskars daily and consumed meals every two to three hours. I recommended that she drink 2-3 litres of water and eliminate carbohydrates and refined flour, limiting her oil intake to just a spoonful," Satyajit explained.

Moreover, the actress had a fondness for mishit doi and chocolate pastries, often indulging in these sweet treats. "It can be challenging to keep her away from them, but her commitment is commendable," the trainer remarked.
