Nature's gua sha for a snatched face?

Magilian's video opens with another influencer stating, “I don't know who needs to hear this, but utilizing your hands is significantly more effective than employing a stone.” Magician emphasizes that individuals should set aside gua sha and similar instruments, advocating instead for the use of what he refers to as God's gua sha – your own hands or fingers. He further provides guidance on how to effectively use one's fingers and hands to attain results comparable to those promised by gua sha.

1. Disinfect your hands

According to the influencer, the initial step involves thoroughly disinfecting one's hands, a practice that is often overlooked by many individuals. He emphasized, "Ensure that you wash and dry them; failing to do so may result in touching your face and reintroducing bacteria onto it."

2. Moisturise

The subsequent step involves applying a generous amount of moisturizer to both your face and neck, as increased friction can lead to the formation of additional wrinkles. Ensure that you use sufficient moisturizer so that your hands or fingers can move smoothly across your skin.

3. Gua sha

To begin, you will initiate the process by opening the lymphatic ducts, specifically in the hollow region where the neck and shoulder converge, performing this action 20 times. Subsequently, position your fingers behind the trapezius muscles and move them downward an additional 10 times.

Next, apply lubrication to your knuckles and place them beneath your cheekbones, gliding them outward with gentle pressure for 10 repetitions. Following this, position your jawline between the knuckles of your index and middle fingers and glide them 10 times on each side. For the area beneath your eyes, utilize two fingers to glide outward, create circular motions near your temples, and then move your fingers downward.

Finally, locate your hairline and glide two fingers downward towards your neck. In addressing the double chin, grasp the area beneath your chin with your thumb and index finger, and glide along the skin while maintaining your grip, moving downward.
