In the video, Obiiyoz demonstrated five variations of a running-in-place workout, which involves executing the running motion while remaining stationary, unlike traditional running. She was joined by two other trainers, both of whom exhibited remarkable physiques similar to that of the fitness influencer.

Together, the trio performed all five abdominal workouts without footwear.

To do this workout, you need to lift your arms above your body or keep them by your side, raise your left foot and bring your knee as high as your hips. Then switch to the opposite foot, quickly lifting your right foot to hip height and continuing the movement.
