Anjali elaborated on the modifications she made to her diet to facilitate a more effective weight transformation:

Morning routine:

“Previously, I would have sandwiches and parathas for breakfast, but I transitioned to a fat-focused breakfast. The outcome: My cravings diminished, and I ceased overeating,” she noted.

Mid-day meal:

“In the past, my meals lacked proportion. Now, I emphasize protein intake. I begin by filling my plate with proteins and fibers, limiting carbohydrates to 30% of my meal. I prioritize nutrition over calorie counting. The result: I feel more energetic throughout the day, and the protein keeps me satisfied for longer,” she explained in her caption.

Night routine:

“I used to experience significant hunger around 7-8 PM, regardless of having eaten an hour earlier. I then switched to cinnamon tea, which helped regulate my insulin levels, preventing unnecessary cravings for unhealthy carbohydrates. Consequently, I now consume my evening meal in appropriate portions. The result: No excessive carbohydrate consumption at night, just the right amounts that do not lead to bloating or guilt the following day,” Anjali shared.

This revised dietary approach has enabled her to lose weight more effectively while maintaining satiety throughout the day, thereby assisting her in managing cravings.
