In a previous interview with Tweak India, Sobhita revealed the secret to her luxurious hair, which is a well-known and traditional practice that many of us have embraced since our youth.

‘I oil my hair’

Sobhita discussed her adherence to traditional beauty rituals, noting that she occasionally oils her hair. She emphasized that this practice is not rooted in a desire for beauty but rather forms an integral part of her self-care regimen. She elaborated, “I used to have very long hair. After moving to ‘Bombay,’ I decided to cut it. However, I have maintained the habit of oiling my hair, as it was the only effective method to manage it and style it into braids. Therefore, oiling my hair is a ritual that stems more from self-care than from a beauty-centric perspective.”

Prior to her marriage to Naga Chaitanya, Sobhita showcased her hair in a relaxed manner during various events with the actor, often wearing it loose in a simple centre-parted style. For the pre-wedding ceremonies, she chose understated hairstyles, including a loose braid adorned with gajra, a centre-parted ponytail, and a casually twisted bun.

On the day of the wedding, Sobhita styled her beautiful hair into a centre-parted bun, enhanced with a braided parandi. Her elegant hairstyle was further embellished with fresh flower gajras and gold temple jewellery, featuring a Nethi Chutti (matha patti) and Billas positioned on her forehead and braid.

Earlier this month, Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya exchanged vows in a traditional Telugu wedding ceremony, which took place at the renowned Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad.
