Sushmita Sen, the actor, recently added some stretching and strength training to her gym session and posted a fun clip on Instagram with her daughter, Alisah Sen. Their video shows that having a workout buddy can really help keep you motivated and enhance your fitness journey.

The actress and her daughter spent time stretching everything from their necks and chests to key muscle groups like hamstrings and quads. They also included some classic dumbbell bicep curls in their routine to help build strong, toned arms. To keep things interesting, Sushmita and Alisah incorporated some great floor exercises that don’t need any equipment, such as planks, which target the core, shoulders, and back.
