Shilpa Shetty attributes her youthful physique to a commitment to nutritious eating and a rigorous exercise regimen that she has adhered to for many years. In a previous interview with Complete Wellbeing, she shared insights into her preferred workout routines and daily dietary choices that contribute to her fitness. Although Shilpa considers herself a food enthusiast who enjoys various cuisines, she emphasizes the importance of consuming the right types of food.

She also mentioned that she designates one day each week to indulge in treats such as cakes, kulfi, and gulab jamuns while maintaining a healthy and balanced diet on the remaining days.

Shilpa Shetty's breakfast is pretty simple

My day begins with a glass of aloe vera juice, which I find beneficial for both the immune system and skin health. Following that, I consume porridge accompanied by tea. I make a conscious effort to limit my intake of white sugar, opting instead for brown sugar. My philosophy is to substitute all white foods with their brown counterparts, such as brown bread, brown rice, and brown sugar. I do not consume steamed or boiled dishes; rather, I prefer regular food prepared with healthy vegetable oil or olive oil, as Shilpa Shetty shared with the magazine in 2008.

What's for lunch and dinner

The actor maintains a balanced and nutritious daily diet that consists of a range of uncomplicated foods. She mentioned, "For lunch, I typically have brown dal rice or chapatti accompanied by chicken curry and a vegetable. If I feel hungry in the evening, I opt for a slice of brown toast with two eggs and tea, and in the evening, I make an effort to dine early. My evening meal usually consists of a salad, soup, and a chicken dish. My dietary regimen is quite straightforward and easy to adhere to."

Shilpa also discussed her approach to fitness, describing yoga as 'a way of life' for her. However, her routine encompasses more than just yoga; she incorporates weight training and alternates it with her yoga practice.
