I have recently adopted a vegetarian diet, specifically as an eggetarian, so I consume eggs after my workouts.”

Elaborating on her daily meals, Rashmika mentioned, “I used to enjoy avocado toast for breakfast, but my dietitian has advised against it. For lunch, I prefer South Indian cuisine, although I don’t consume rice frequently. I have a peculiar habit of mixing various curries and enjoying them together, as they are rich in vegetables and flavor. So, yes, I might be a bit unusual. Dinner is typically light, or if I dine out with friends, I opt for a more substantial meal.”
