Morning ritual: 6.30 am

⦿ Fennel seed water: Soak 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds in a glass of water overnight. Strain and consume on an empty stomach. Alleged benefits include improved digestion and reduced bloating.

Breakfast: 8 am

⦿ Avocado bowl: One whole avocado seasoned with a dash of black salt and lemon juice – provides energy through healthy fats, with no carbohydrates and low protein content.
