On Tuesday, Mrunal surprised her fans by posting a fun workout video on Instagram, captioned, "I workout because I really love POHA." In the video, she’s seen effortlessly doing cable pull-downs at the gym, rocking a black tank top and shorts.

Mrunal did a seated cable lat pulldown, which is a great exercise for building upper body strength. To get started, sit at a cable machine and make sure your knees are tucked under the pad. Grab the bar with your hands a bit wider than shoulder-width apart, pull it down to your chest while keeping your back straight, and then slowly let it rise back up in a controlled way.
