The fitness influencer outlined the regimen that one should adhere to in order to burn fat. He segmented the 25 minutes into five 5-minute intervals and recommended the incline and speed for each segment. This is everything you need to complete your cardio:

1. 1-5 minutes

Incline: 5

Speed: 3.0

2. 6-10 minutes

Incline: 8

Speed: 3.8

3. 10-15 minutes

Incline: 11

Speed: 4.0

4. 15-20 minutes

Incline: 9

Speed: 3.0

5. 21-25 minutes

Incline: 12

Speed: 4.0

Why should you walk on an incline?

The fitness influencer clarified that every rise in incline requires your body to exert more effort, resulting in the burning of up to 4 percent additional calories per level. He stated that walking on an incline also allows you to reach the fat-burning heart rate zone, optimizing energy expenditure and enhancing endurance.

As per Harvard Health, an inclined setting produces greater muscle engagement than walking on a level surface because you are working against gravity. It also introduces resistance, which can assist in developing muscles in the lower body.
