The actress provided insights into her weight loss journey in her recent post, stating: “First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to actor Vidya Balan for connecting me with the incredible team at Amura through her interviews. Managing my weight has always been a challenge; despite rigorous workouts, countless diets, and extensive intermittent fasting, I struggled to lose the extra pounds. However, my breakthrough came with Amura.”
So, what was her method for shedding the excess weight? Jyoti explained, “I gained knowledge about my gut health, digestion, inflammatory foods, and the importance of food balance.
