- 8,800 Steps Daily: Cut your risk of dying from any cause by 60%
In a previous chat with a Lifestyle Magazine, Shazia Shadab, the Lead Physiotherapist at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, offered some easy and effective tips to help you boost your daily step count.
