Engaging a personal trainer and a nutritionist, along with dedicating several months to gym workouts prior to the commencement of production, has become a standard practice within the industry. Ibrahim's experience was no exception. In an interview on March 9, his trainer Robin discussed Ibrahim's dedication to a rigorous fitness routine leading up to the film's release.

He mentioned their early morning sessions at 7 a.m., emphasizing that the actor adhered strictly to his meal plan. Robin noted that when he began training Ibrahim, the actor was not in peak physical condition.

Providing further insights, he remarked, “He is in better shape than I am — or than I have ever been. When I first started training him, he was not in top form. He has always been athletic, participating in football and cricket. He possesses good genetics and is quite sharp... It is not solely about that one hour spent in the gym; one can certainly excel during that hour. However, what truly matters is how you manage the remaining 23 hours of your day.”
