Weight loss presents a significant challenge for many individuals, as it necessitates achieving an optimal equilibrium between nutrition and physical activity. Despite considerable effort, numerous people find themselves unable to attain their desired outcomes. Pranjal Pandey, who successfully lost 80 kilograms and is a certified nutritionist, recently shared her three essential tips on Instagram that contributed to her remarkable transformation. If you are facing difficulties in losing those extra pounds, continue reading to gather insights.

In a video showcasing her transformation, Pranjal stated in the caption, "Weight loss is a deeply personal journey, but I would like to share three insights that I believe are not widely accepted." Let us examine her recommendations.

1. Fasting

Fasting can serve as an effective strategy for fat reduction. There are numerous fasting methods and durations available, allowing individuals to select what best suits their needs. The most commonly practiced approach is Intermittent Fasting, which involves fasting for a period ranging from 12 to 23 hours, followed by eating within a designated time frame. Pranjal's preferred method is the Monk Fast, which entails fasting for 36 hours once a week, as she believes it provides the digestive system with a necessary respite.

2. Lifting heavy weights as female

Many women tend to shy away from lifting heavy weights due to concerns about becoming bulky. Pranjal reassures that developing muscle mass is not an easy feat. Having engaged in heavy lifting for over three years, she has only recently begun to observe substantial muscle development. Her recommendation is to lift heavy weights to achieve a toned and defined physique.

3. Eat the ‘junk'

Pranjal asserts that no food should be categorized as junk. Instead, she refers to them as "sometimes foods" or "taste foods." Her guidance is to avoid completely excluding these items from your diet; rather, enjoy them in moderation. She also noted that eliminating packaged and restaurant foods entirely has rendered her digestive system sensitive to them, often resulting in discomfort after consumption.

She concluded her post with an encouraging message, stating, "Prioritize your well-being; a single day or meal will not significantly impact your journey. Always keep in mind, it is about progress, not perfection."
