There exists considerable potential within our underdeveloped gut microbiome, as fibre plays a crucial role in promoting beneficial bacteria. Ingredients that nourish, such as cumin or flax, contribute to the sustenance of bacteria that aid in digestion, thereby enhancing overall gut health.

Pratiksha Kadam asserts that granola enhances gym performance due to its energy-dense composition. She explains that oats supply carbohydrates, while nuts and seeds contribute healthy fats, which together facilitate energy recovery when consumed.
