2. Always utilize proper technique while moving
Neglecting to do so increases the likelihood of injury, which can prevent you from performing necessary activities. An injury restricts your ability to exercise effectively, limiting calorie expenditure and impeding your ability to create a calorie deficit or develop muscle and endurance, ultimately slowing your progress.
3. Prioritize going to bed early and ensure adequate sleep
Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and decreased motivation. When you are not well-rested, your capacity to exercise effectively, challenge yourself, and make healthy food choices diminishes, which can impede your progress.
4. Address mistakes or setbacks immediately
Do not dwell on them or allow them to escalate. The quicker you rectify any deviations from your plan, the sooner you can resume making progress.
