On March 5, she posted a video detailing her intermittent fasting regimen, which enabled her to shed 7 kilograms in just 21 days.
"I lost 7 kgs in 21 days by practicing anti-inflammatory intermittent fasting, and this is what I consumed daily for weight loss and radiant skin. I reduced my weight from 63 kgs to 56 kgs, alleviated my inflammation, and achieved the best skin," Richa noted in her caption.
Here’s the diet that Richa followed for faster weight loss:
9 AM: A five-ingredient anti-inflammatory tea aimed at promoting weight loss and gut health.
11 AM: Overnight vegan high-protein dark chocolate chia seed pudding.
3 PM: A salad consisting of 100 grams of grilled tofu, 100 grams of mixed greens, and avocado, enhanced with her homemade vitamin C dressing for flavor.
5 PM: A 30-gram whey isolate protein shake.
7 PM: A gluten-free wrap filled with two egg bhurji and flaxseeds.
8 PM: An anti-bloat tea designed to alleviate bloating and support weight loss.
"I begin my eating window at 11 AM and conclude by 7 PM, adhering to 16 hours of fasting and an 8-hour eating period. I have experienced remarkable benefits from intermittent fasting for both my weight loss and gut health," Richa explained how this approach has positively impacted her.
