Weight loss diet plan for homemakers

The following diet plan can assist homemakers in losing excess weight within 40 days:

Early Morning: 1 glass of plain water, 4 almonds, and 1 apple.

Breakfast: Poha, upma, or vermicelli prepared with a variety of vegetables, accompanied by one cup of lemon tea.

Mid Morning: 1 glass of buttermilk and a salad (to be prepared while making lunch).

Lunch: A typical homemade vegetable dish served with 1 bran chapati, avoiding potatoes or arbi.

Evening Snack: 1 cup of green tea paired with 4-5 almonds.
