Josiah states that by exercising on the treadmill for 25 minutes while adhering to the prescribed routine, you can achieve faster fat loss, approximately 6 kg. The fitness influencer has structured the plan into five intervals of five minutes each, providing specific recommendations for incline and speed settings to follow. Below is the routine he proposed:

Why incline walk?

Josiah states that for each incline gradient on the treadmill, the body typically requires an additional 4 percent of energy. He noted that this increase significantly elevates caloric expenditure. "Walking on an incline elevates your heart rate to a level where the body can most efficiently utilize fats for energy," he elaborated. Furthermore, walking on an incline contributes to improved endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular health.
