Currently, she weighs approximately 71 kg, having continued her weight loss efforts in recent years. In a recent episode of the Bharti TV Podcast, she engaged in a discussion about her weight loss while conversing with YouTuber and actor Prajakta Koli, who shared insights about her own fitness journey.

Regarding her weight loss, Bharti expressed, “I am extremely happy after losing weight. It is such a joy to find crop tops that fit me now. I truly enjoy being able to wear nice clothes.”
How did Bharti lose weight
In 2021, Bharti astonished many by achieving her weight loss through intermittent fasting. Her journey was not solely focused on losing weight but also aimed at enhancing her overall health. Previously, she faced weight-related health challenges, including asthma and a heightened risk of diabetes. However, after her weight loss, she reports feeling significantly healthier and more energetic.
She shared with ETimes, “I have reduced my weight from 91 kg to 76 kg. I am also surprised by the extent of my weight loss. Nevertheless, I am pleased to feel healthy and fit now. I no longer experience breathlessness and feel lightheaded. My diabetes and asthma are also well-managed. I refrain from eating anything from 7 pm to 12 noon, and I begin eating after 12 pm. After indulging in food for 30-32 years, I decided to give my body a year to adjust and embraced the changes.”
Bharti attributes her weight loss success to several straightforward lifestyle modifications:
⦿ Intermittent fasting: She adhered to a 16:8 fasting regimen, consuming food only between 12 pm and 7 pm while fasting for the remaining 16 hours.
⦿ Consistent meal intake: Bharti ensured she consumed all her meals, including her beloved traditional dishes, albeit in moderation.
⦿ Portion control: She implemented portion control to prevent overeating and maintained adherence to her caloric needs.
Bharti adhered to her scheduled meal times, even during busy days, to prevent consuming food at irregular hours.
