Maintaining hydration throughout the day is essential. Madyy recommended drinking 2-3 liters of water daily.

Supplements:

To enhance her results, Madyy incorporated supplements into her regimen. She noted, “I started pre-workout, creatine, and April (when I stopped breastfeeding).”
