How To Make Deliciously Crunchy, Hormone-Friendly Seed Crackers -

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp pistachios
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp melon seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oregano seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes- optional
  • 2-3 tbsp water

Method:

1. In a large mixing bowl add all the seeds and the nuts (flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, sesame seeds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds)

2. Mix all the seeds and the nuts and season them with salt, oregano seasoning and chilli flakes.

3. Pour some water over the nut mixture and stir until everything is well combined. Let it soak for 20 - 25 minutes.

3.  Bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. 

4. Your healthy nuts cake is now ready to serve.
