I feel vibrant, strong, and nimble, all due to my commitment to fitness—a journey that began years ago, inspired by my wonderful mother, who taught me the significance of staying active.”

Anita further remarked, “I take pride in being the first person in India to release a fitness video in 1989, titled 'KEEP FIT WITH ANITA RAJ.' This journey has been uniquely mine, yet I have been fortunate to have exceptional fitness mentors who have supported me throughout.”
