When When asked to outline a typical 24 hours in her life, Aishwarya expressed that it is a challenging task. She explained that while the world experiences a standard 24-hour day, she strives to fit 48 hours' worth of activities into that timeframe. She remarked, “Life is so full of events that it cannot be reduced to a single daily routine. However, one aspect remains constant: I always start my day quite early, typically around 5:30 AM.”


According to the actress, her daily schedule is influenced by her responsibilities as a mother, as well as her family and professional commitments. She stated, “As women, we often juggle multiple tasks and assume various roles throughout the day, which makes it difficult to concentrate on the specific hours. Instead, our focus is on accomplishing our tasks, ensuring everything is completed to our satisfaction, and bringing our efforts to fruition. That, in essence, defines the structure of our day.”

Per Aishwarya does not rely on a specific mantra to motivate her each day. Instead, she emphasizes the importance of maintaining a positive mindset. "We must stay positive, be present, and remain committed while appreciating the magic that each moment of the day offers," she remarked.
