Carla shared that when she needed motivation to visit the gym, she would often enter autopilot mode and consume her pre-workout. This action would energize her, leading her to the gym without hesitation.

5. Utilize smaller utensils  

Employing smaller utensils can help slow your eating pace and prevent you from consuming food too rapidly. Furthermore, using a smaller plate can create the illusion of a larger portion, satisfying your mind.

6. Indulge in your favorite calories
