Stand-up comedian Zakir Khan has entertained the audience with his comedy show, Aapka Apna Zakir. It airs on Sony TV while the episodes stream on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium. Renowned Bollywood celebrities recently made special appearances on his show and promoted their respective films. Tonight, John Abraham will be seen with his Vedaa co-stars Abhishek Banerjee and Sharvari and director Nikkhil Advani. The latest promo of Aapka Apna Zakir shows John recreating his film Desi Boyz title track dance moves with Abhishek and Sharvari.
John Abraham grooves to Desi Boyz title song
The latest Aapka Apna Zakir promo begins with panelist Gopal Datt explaining a fun segment to the Vedaa team. The game is about the panelists 'reading' the lyrics of their respective film songs, instead of singing. John is quick to guess the Desi Boyz title track. He is soon joined by Vedaa co-stars Abhishek and Sharvari to recreate the hookstep.
Shweta Tiwari, Paresh Ganatra, Rithvik Dhanjani, and Gopal joined the Vedaa star cast and shook a leg to Desi Boyz's title song. The track originally featured John and his film co-star Akshay Kumar.
Akshay on Khel Khel Mein's clash with Vedaa
In a recent interview with News18, Akshay spoke about Khel Khel Mein's box office clash with Desi Boyz co-star John's new film, Vedaa. The actor said, "Yes, we’ll be working again, hopefully soon. We’re very good friends. We’re close buddies. Clashes at the box office keep happening. It’s not a big deal at all. It’s just a clash and not a slash.

Meanwhile, John reunited with filmmaker Nikkhil Advani for Vedaa. The film features Abraham as former Major Abhimanyu Kanwar while Sharvari is seen as Vedaa Berwa. On the other hand, Abhishek plays the character of Jitender Pratap Singh. Besides them, Kumud Mishra, Ashish Vidyarthi, and more actors are a part of the film.
The movie also locked horns with Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's Stree 2 at the box office. It was a three-way clash between Vedaa, Stree 2 and Khel Khel Mein on Independence Day (August 15).
