His filmography includes titles like Little Big League (1994), Ripper Man (1995), Problem Child 3: Junior in Love (1995), Three Wishes (1995), and Earth Minus Zero (1996). The Ride, released in 1997, marked his last appearance on screen. He decided to step away from acting at 16 to concentrate on his studies.

The journey of Brock Pierce to billionaire status

In 1997, Pierce teamed up with Marc Collins-Rector and Chad Schackley to launch Digital Entertainment Network (DEN), one of the first online video content platforms globally. By the time he was 18, he was raking in $250k a year from his investments. In 2001, he started Internet Gaming Entertainment, a trailblazer in selling currency for MMORPGs. By 2005, this company held a whopping 50% share of the US market, which was valued at around $500 million annually.

After achieving success in various business endeavors, Brock Pierce shifted his focus to cryptocurrency in 2013, establishing the venture capital firm Blockchain Capital (BCC). The next year, he co-founded the cryptocurrency Tether. In 2018, Forbes recognized him as one of the "top 20 wealthiest people in crypto," estimating his net worth at $1.1 billion, making him the richest actor, whether retired or active, in the world.

What is Brock Pierce up to these days?

Since 2014, Brock has featured in three documentaries playing himself, but he has no intention of getting back into acting. In 2017, he moved to Puerto Rico, allegedly attracted by the island's favorable tax regulations. In 2020, he made a bid for the US presidency as an Independent candidate, but it didn't pan out.

He reiterated his political ambitions by launching a Senate campaign in Vermont in 2022, but eventually withdrew because running could jeopardize his tax-exempt status as a resident of Puerto Rico.
