Levy A Cuban-American actor was apprehended in Weston, located in the Miami metropolitan area, by the Broward Sheriff's Office. He was subsequently booked into the Broward County Main Jail for creating a disturbance and being disorderly due to intoxication in a public setting. As of Tuesday, he remains incarcerated, with CBS News reporting that there is currently no anticipated release date or projected sentence available in the jail system.
