Rashmika Mandanna recently engaged in a discussion with Pinkvilla, during which she expressed her admiration for Allu Arjun's confidence in wearing a saree while executing dance and action sequences in Pushpa 2: The Rule.

She remarked, "The only actor capable of this with such conviction is Allu Arjun sir. I doubt I will ever witness something like this in my lifetime. Just think about it—who possesses the courage, intensity, strength, and commanding presence to dance, fight, and deliver dialogues while wearing a saree? What man can achieve that?"

After Rashmika Mandanna's Comments on Allu Arjun, Fans Say She Has Some Work to Do

Rashmika's remarks provoked a segment of the audience, prompting them to suggest that she engage in further research. Several netizens highlighted that actors such as Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Raghava Lawrence wore sarees in films like Avvai Shanmugi, Super Deluxe, and the Kanchana franchise, respectively, and effectively portrayed their roles while predominantly dressed in sarees throughout these films.

Rashmika's intentions to commend her co-star were commendable; however, her oversight in failing to recognize the roles of male actors who donned sarees was met with disapproval.

In other news, Pushpa 2 has surpassed Rs 1000 crore at the global box office since its release in theatres on December 5. Directed by Sukumar, the film features Fahadh Faasil among its cast. A third instalment, titled Pushpa: The Rampage, is currently in development.
