Sajid Nadiadwala and Salman Khan have worked together on numerous hit films, including Kick and Judwaa. Nevertheless, their latest project, Sikandar, has faced backlash from viewers. In response to this criticism, Sajid's wife, Warda Khan, posted some favorable comments from Salman’s fans to support the film, which has provoked irritation among Reddit users.

Warda Khan defends Sikandar

Warda posted a video showcasing Salman's fans enthusiastically supporting Sikandar in the theater and commented on X, "Yoooo-hooo, Sikandar is reigning in the hearts of his fans." Additionally, she shared a clip of a fan capturing the crowd outside a theater screening Salman's film, with the caption, "Yass, no matter how many wish you harm, what is meant to be will happen, as determined by God." In another video featuring fans dancing in the theaters, she remarked, "A powerful response from the audience."

Reddit calls her delusional

A Reddit user shared screenshots of her posts, stating, "I don't understand why Bollywood actors and producers are so out of touch. It's no surprise that 80% of the films are failing." Another user remarked, "Indeed, they seem to view the audience as adversaries." A different commenter noted, "These individuals prefer to remain in their delusions. They are completely unable to accept constructive feedback." Another individual expressed, "She appears to be in her reality." One user humorously pointed out how she distorted a well-known dialogue, saying, “Full marks for being secular, but you completely messed up the line! What on earth is ‘manzoore Khuda Bhagwan God’?”

About Sikandar

AR Murugadoss' action thriller received a variety of responses from viewers. While fans of Salman Khan expressed their excitement at his return to the screen following the lackluster performance of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in 2023, other audience members voiced their dissatisfaction with the uninspired plot and criticized both the performances of the cast and the film's visual presentation.

Nevertheless, despite the mixed feedback, the film, which features prominent roles by Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, Sathyaraj, and Prateik Babbar, has successfully garnered ₹141.19 crore globally at the box office.
