K-pop sensation BTS is scheduled to reunite in 2025. All members, including RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Taehyung, Jimin, and Jungkook, are anticipated to resume their musical endeavors following the completion of their compulsory military service in July of this year. While Jin and J-Hope have already made their return and initiated solo projects, fans are eagerly anticipating the comeback of the original OT7 and the announcement of a world tour.

BTS may take some time to come back

A report from Korea JoongAng Daily reveals that HYBE CEO Lee Jang Sang has recently shared insights regarding the group's plans for the current year. Sang indicated that BTS's return may take some time, even after the members complete their military service and reunite.

In discussing the reasons for this delay, Lee explained, "The BTS members are expected to finish their military obligations in the first half of this year and resume their activities. However, they will require time to prepare for their music. We are in discussions with leading songwriters, but the artists also need time for reflection and preparation."

Lee further noted that the specifics of the world tour will be determined only after the group makes their musical comeback.

"A tour date is typically established after an artist completes their music. Given that BTS members have already established themselves as global artists, we are continuously engaging in discussions about the next steps and their visions, which necessitates careful consideration of our strategies in alignment with that direction," Lee stated.

What are BTS members doing currently?

As J-Hope continues his tour, speculation is growing that Jungkook may reveal his own tour plans upon his return. Meanwhile, Jin has been engaged with his solo endeavors, recently demonstrating his acting skills in a commercial for Otoki's Jin Ramen. He is also preparing for his Netflix debut in the B&B-themed variety show titled Kian’s Bizarre B&B.
