Aamir Khan's team has released a statement following the widespread circulation of a video purportedly featuring the actor. The footage shows an individual clad in a tattered, caveman-like outfit walking through the streets of Mumbai.

Is it Aamir on the streets of Mumbai?

A representative close to the actor has clarified, “The individual seen wandering the streets of Mumbai in a caveman-like costume is not Aamir Khan. Please disregard any such claims, as they are entirely false.”

In the video, which was posted on X (formerly Twitter), the person is seen walking in the middle of the road, pushing a cart, sifting through plastic items, and observing his surroundings. He donned a brown ensemble and sported long hair and a beard.

Public Reactions

In response to the video, one viewer commented, “Why is he disturbing people in public spaces?” Another inquired, “Is that Aamir Khan? Is this some sort of promotion?” A further comment noted, “He doesn’t resemble Aamir, though.”

Fans speculated that the individual in question was Aamir, following the release of his recent advertisement and images featuring him in a caveman costume. In the advertisement, Aamir was seen dancing alongside a group of other cave dwellers after partaking in a drink. The accompanying photos depicted him seated near a mirror as he prepared for his shoot.

Recently, Aamir and actor Ali Fazal participated in a special match for the World Pickleball League on Saturday. Numerous images and videos from the event surfaced on various social media platforms.

Aamir's Upcoming Projects

Aamir is set to appear next in the film Sitaare Zameen Par, which features Darshal Safary and Genelia Deshmukh alongside him. The release of this film is anticipated in theatres in 2025. Additionally, he is producing Rajkumar Santoshi's directorial project, Lahore 1947, which stars Sunny Deol in the lead role.

His most recent appearance was in Laal Singh Chaddha (2022), a comedy-drama directed by Advait Chandan. This film is a remake of the 1994 American classic, Forrest Gump, and includes performances by Kareena Kapoor, Naga Chaitanya, and Mona Singh.
