Vicky Kaushal is undoubtedly a talented actor; however, he rarely receives approval from his wife, Katrina Kaif. During the Actors Roundtable hosted by The Hollywood Reporter India, Vicky disclosed that compliments from Katrina regarding his acting abilities are quite infrequent.

What Vicky said

Vicky humorously remarked, "Whenever I receive compliments from my wife, I can't help but wonder what remarkable feat I have accomplished. At times, I feel that I should not be shown the mirror so often."

On Monday, Vicky and Katrina marked their third wedding anniversary by enjoying a jungle safari at the Jawai Bera Leopard Camp in Rajasthan. Katrina posted photos from their 48-hour experience at the camp on her Instagram account. Vicky is set to appear next in "Chhaava" and "Love & War," while Katrina's most recent film is "Merry Christmas."

Rajkummar Rao on Patralekhaa

During the same roundtable discussion, Rajkummar shared insights into how his wife, fellow actor Patralekhaa, impacts his artistic endeavours. He recounted a memorable experience while they were vacationing in France for Huma Qureshi's birthday. "We were enjoying our time in the South of France when I had to return to shoot the song 'Kaati raat Maine ketone mein' from Stree 2. Naturally, everyone was quite disappointed, asking, 'How can you leave us in the middle of this?' I explained, 'It's for a song shoot; I must go.' I distinctly remember Patralekhaa's words as I was heading to the airport. She said, 'You’re abandoning us during our holiday. We rarely get this time off, so you better make me proud,'" Rajkummar reflected. He noted that her encouragement resonated with him before each take of the popular song.

Shabana Azmi on Javed Akhtar

In the roundtable discussion, esteemed actress Shabana Azmi mentioned that she often exchanges ideas with her husband, the screenwriter and lyricist Javed Akhtar. However, she noted that his compliments are not always overly generous. Reflecting on her experience while filming the 2002 horror movie Makdee, in which she portrayed a witch, she recounted that Javed humorously advised her to forgo all hair and makeup to better embody the character.
