On Wednesday, the trailer for Chhaava dropped in Mumbai, and both Vicky and Rashmika were there. Despite dealing with a leg injury, Rashmika showed up at the event. You could see her limping as she arrived, and when Vicky noticed she was having a tough time, he quickly stepped in to help her out.

A bunch of videos from the event have popped up on social media, showing Rashmika looking gorgeous in a red Anarkali dress as she made her way to the stage. While she was struggling a bit, Vicky was right there, offering his hand to help her up. He made sure she was settled in her seat before taking his own spot.

About her injury

Rashmika injured her leg while working out at the gym on January 12. Even with the setback, she’s still keeping up with her work commitments. She took to social media to give everyone a health update.

In a post, she shared some photos of herself sitting in a chair with her injured foot resting on a cushion. She wrote, “Well… happy New Year to me, I guess! 🤦‍♀️ Hurt myself in my beloved gym (😂😭). Now I’m in ‘hop mode’ for the next few weeks or months—who knows! Looks like I’ll be hopping back to the sets for Thama, Sikandar, and Kubera! 💘😊.”

“To my directors, sorry for the hold-up… I’ll be back soon, just making sure my legs are ready for action (or at least for hopping) 🐰💥🙈. In the meantime, if you need me, I’ll be over here doing some fancy bunny hop workouts. HOP HOP HOP… 🐰✨,” she added.
