On February 13, prior to the film's debut, Vicky was spotted in Prayagraj attending the Maha Kumbh, where he shared his enthusiasm with the media.

In Chhaava, Vicky portrays Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, while Rashmika Mandanna takes on the role of Yesubai Bhonsale, and Akshaye Khanna plays the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb. The trailer has garnered significant attention, further heightening the audience's eagerness to see the film in theaters. During his visit to Prayagraj, Vicky expressed his anticipation for the Maha Kumbh.

He remarked, "It feels very nice. I have been waiting for the opportunity to come here."

He further stated, "Now that I am here, I feel very nice and fortunate to be part of the Maha Kumbh."

An update on Chhaava's advance booking day 1

Regarding the advance ticket sales for Chhaava, it has been reported that over 318,000 tickets have been sold to date. This suggests a first-day collection of approximately Rs 8.88 crore, excluding blocked seats. Including those, the total could reach Rs 10.82 crore. Should the film resonate well with audiences, it is expected to gain momentum through positive word of mouth over the weekend.
