Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal is on a high after the success of his latest film, Chhaava. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the movie tells the story of the courageous Maratha king Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Vicky's performance in this historical drama has received a lot of praise. Just a few days after the film hit theaters, he made his first visit to Raigad fort to celebrate Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti, where he sought blessings.

Vicky shared on Instagram, "On this special day of Chhatrapati Shivaji Jayanti, I was lucky enough to visit Raigad Fort for the first time. It felt like the perfect moment to honor Maharaj and seek his blessings. Wishing everyone a heartfelt Chhatrapati Shivaji Jayanti! Jai Jijau, Jai Shivray, Jai Shambhu!"

Vicky Kaushal opened up during an IMDb segment about the tough preparation he went through for his role in Laxman Utekar's Chhaava. He mentioned, "Honestly, Chhaava has been the most physically demanding film I've tackled so far. I gained 25 kgs and went through a year of intense training, which included horse riding and fight choreography. There are so many action scenes in this film that I lost track!"

He also remembered filming huge crowd scenes with about 2,000 extras, along with 100 horses and some elephants. The toughest part for him was nailing the physicality and action scenes.
