The New Year kicked off with a bang as Raveena Tandon's daughter Rasha Thadani and Ajay Devgn's nephew Aaman Devgan made their Bollywood debuts. Now, another debutant is set to make a splash on the big screen. Veer Pahariya, the brother of Shikhar Pahariya, will be starring alongside Akshay Kumar in the upcoming film Sky Force. The duo is currently busy promoting the movie, which is set to release on January 24. In a recent conversation, Veer, the grandson of former CM Sushilkumar Shinde, shared how he took acting tips from his brother Shikhar’s girlfriend, Janhvi Kapoor.

Veer Pahariya reacts to taking tips from Janhvi Kapoor

While promoting Sky Force, Akshay and Veer recently spoke to the media. During the conversation, Veer was asked if he sought any acting tips from Janhvi Kapoor, who is "nearly family" and also portrayed an Air Force officer in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. Veer praised Janhvi, calling her "very talented," and said, "She’s an excellent actress and played a real character in Gunjan Saxena, which was a biopic. Whenever my friends are actors, I make sure to ask for advice. She’s quite experienced, so yes, I did take a lot of tips from her."

Shikhar and Janhvi have been dating each other for quite some time now. From attending Bollywood weddings to going on romantic holidays, they have never shied away from expressing their love for each other in public.

Veer will portray Squadron Leader A B Devayya in Sky Force, directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur. The film serves as a cinematic tribute to India's unsung heroes, celebrating their bravery, sacrifices, and unbreakable camaraderie. It also stars Nimrat Kaur and Sara Ali Khan, with Veer and Sara, who have previously dated, playing a couple in the film. Their on-screen chemistry is highlighted in the newly released songs, Rang and Kya Meri Yaad Aati Hai. Sky Force is set to release in theatres on January 24, 2025, during Republic Day week.
