Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma are facing a lot of divorce gossip lately, and Uorfi Javed has stepped in to back Dhanashree. She’s calling out the unfair treatment women get during breakups, especially when a cricketer is in the mix.

Uorfi Javed shows her support

Uorfi hopped on her Instagram Stories to show some love for Dhanashree and share her thoughts.

She vented her frustration, highlighting how women often get unfairly blamed and turned into villains when a cricketer's relationship goes south. Uorfi reposted a video that suggested Dhanashree Verma had ‘ruined’ Yuzvendra Chahal’s life.

In response, Uorfi said, “Every time a cricketer breaks up or gets divorced, the woman gets slammed from all sides just because we see our cricketer as a hero. None of us really know what went down between them or even in Natasha and Hardik's situation, but somehow it’s always the woman who gets the blame.”

She brought up Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic, pointing out how people tend to focus on the woman during breakups. She also mentioned how Anushka Sharma got unfairly criticized for Virat Kohli's performance in cricket.

"And let's not forget when Anushka was made the scapegoat for Virat's poor games. Seriously? Why is it always the woman who gets the blame for a man's actions? These are adults who know exactly what they're doing," Uorfi said, showing her support for Dhanashree.

Regarding the breakup rumors

Dhanashree, who made the switch from dentistry to dancing and choreography, has been a contestant on the reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. She got engaged to cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal on August 8, 2020, and they tied the knot on December 22, 2020, in Gurugram.

Recently, there have been whispers about issues in their marriage, with various reports suggesting that things might not be going well for the couple, even hinting at a possible divorce. This speculation intensified when fans noticed that they had unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Despite the swirling rumors and intense scrutiny, both Yuzvendra and Dhanashree have opted to stay quiet, neither confirming nor denying the claims about their relationship troubles.

In a recent Instagram Story, Dhanashree addressed the situation without directly referencing the divorce rumors. She expressed, "The last few days have been really challenging for my family and me. What’s truly disheartening is the unfounded gossip, lacking any fact-checking, and the attacks on my character by anonymous trolls spreading negativity."

"I’ve put in a lot of effort over the years to establish my name and integrity. My silence isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of strength. While negativity can spread like wildfire online, it takes real courage and kindness to lift others up," she concluded.
