Academy Award-winning editor William Goldenberg is making his directorial debut with the film Unstoppable, which is produced by the production company Artists Equity, founded by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. The production team also includes Robles, David Crockett, Andy Fraser, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, and Gary Lewis. The screenplay is adapted from Robles' book by Eric Champnella, Alex Harris, and John Hindman. The biographical sports drama Unstoppable is scheduled to be released on Amazon Prime Video on January 16, 2025.

Jennifer Lopez portrays Judy, the mother of Robles, in a cast that features Bobby Cannavale, Michael Pena, Don Cheadle, Shawn Hatosy, Chimechi Oparanozie, Parker Sack, Jordan Wallace, Benjamin Barrett, Corey Jentzen, and Shane Sparks. In the film's trailer, Jherome, in the role of Robles, expresses to his school coach, “When people look at me, the first thing they see is what’s missing. If I win, having one leg won’t be the most important thing about me.”
