Actor Lara Dutta has disclosed that she has been splitting her time between Mumbai and her 'adopted home' in Dubai. In a recent Instagram post, Lara discussed a segment of the population that "utilizes their financial resources to immerse themselves in different cultures." She also mentioned that she occasionally travels to Goa.

Lara posted a series of images that included her husband, tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi, and their daughter, Siera. One photo captured Lara in her garden, looking at her phone, while another featured her and Siera after enjoying a meal together. Additionally, she shared a picture with friends.

In another image, Lara was seen beside Mahesh as they spent an evening near the Burj Al Arab. She took a selfie while enjoying a 3D immersive art experience and posed with Mahesh and Siera in another shot. The final picture depicted Lara and Mahesh, dressed casually, taking a stroll in nature.

Lara pens note about spending at two homes

Accompanying the photos, Lara wrote, “It’s already mid-April (almost)!!! They say that as one ages, settling down becomes the norm… I believe I was born with a wanderer's spirit! Or at least, as my father puts it, with wheels on my feet! Living between my home in Mumbai and my adopted home in Dubai feels almost effortless now (with a little Goa added in occasionally)! Sometimes, it’s an even shorter flight than Mumbai to Delhi (grinning face with sweat emoji)…….”

Lara commented on the trend of people splitting their time between their home country and abroad. "I’ve noticed that more individuals I know are opting for a seasonal lifestyle…. They have established roots in their home country but are leveraging their financial means (and I’m not just referring to the ultra-wealthy) to explore life, filled with uncertainty yet abundant in opportunities, in various environments and cultures….. I’d love to hear your thoughts…. Is wanderlust taking over your life? Or are you completely satisfied right where you are?!" she concluded.
