Trisha, who recently made a cameo in The Goat, is celebrating 22 years in the film industry. She's got some major projects lined up and has been active in various South Indian film industries. To mark this special occasion, Trisha shared a heartfelt post on social media.

She posted a cute pic of herself with a monkey chilling on her shoulders and wrote, “Feeling honored to be part of this amazing journey called cinema for 22 years. Thanks to everyone!”

Trisha kicked off her film career with Mounam Pesiyadhe, a romantic drama that marked Ameer’s directorial debut. She shared the screen with Suriya in this flick, which you can catch on Aha Tamil. It’s also up for streaming on the OTTplay Premium app. The story follows a restaurant owner who finds himself in love with a girl his buddy plans to marry. Mounam Pesiyadhe was a hit when it came out and even got a Telugu remake titled Aadanthe Ado Type.

Trisha is involved in some big projects across the Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam film industries. She's set to star in Ajith Kumar's upcoming films, Good Bad Ugly and Vidaa Muyarchi. On top of that, she has a Malayalam movie called Identity, where she stars alongside Tovino Thomas, which is set to hit theaters in January 2025.

Later in 2025, Trisha will be seen in Thug Life, featuring Kamal Haasan and directed by Mani Ratnam. In the Telugu film scene, she’ll be teaming up with Chiranjeevi in Vishwambhara. There are also whispers that she might be part of Suriya 45, directed by RJ Balaji.
