Trisha, who made a brief appearance in The Goat, shared some sad news on Christmas Day via social media about her beloved pet dog, Zorro, who has passed away. She's always been a huge animal lover, especially when it comes to strays, and has adopted quite a few dogs over the years, including Zorro.
She shared some tough news, saying, “My son Zorro left us early this Christmas morning. Those who really know me understand that my life feels empty now. My family and I are shattered and in disbelief. I’ll be stepping away from work for a bit and will be out of touch.”
Trisha has always been a strong voice for animal rights and has shown her deep love for dogs. Having adopted several pups, her emotional post about Zorro’s passing drew a lot of heartfelt condolences from fans and friends.
What’s Trisha up to at work?
Trisha has a bunch of exciting projects lined up for next year. In Tamil cinema, she’s working on Vidaamuyarchi with director Magizh Thirumeni, starring alongside Ajith Kumar. This film is set to release during Pongal 2025. She’s also involved in Suriya 45 and Thug Life, both of which are currently in production.
On top of that, Trisha is making her return to Malayalam films with the crime thriller Identity, featuring Tovino Thomas. Plus, she’s set to appear in the Telugu movie Vishwambhara, where she’ll share the screen with Chiranjeevi.
